English, 18th Century. George III burled walnut highboy, the upper case with the rectangular ogee molded cornice above three short drawers over three long graduated drawers, the chamfered corners deeply fluted; the lower case with conforming molding above a a central drawer flanked by smaller drawers over a scroll carved apron on cabriole legs ending in slipper feet. Drawers lined in oak. Height 64.25", width 40.5", depth 21.5".

Condition
Structurally sound. Top has warping and cracking. There is separation to the 5th board back. Separation running vertical length in left side of case. Minor restorations. Scattered scratches, nicks, cracking to veneer all commensurate with age.
