King Kong (2005) Faux-Ivory Necklace Prop - Coming off the staggering success of the epic "Lord of the Rings" trilogy, director Peter Jackson decided to fulfill a life-long dream of remaking the legendary "King Kong". Of course the original was made in 1933, and a long-forgotten version was also made in 1976, with the now bittersweet image of Kong straddling the two World Trade Center buildings, so Jackson thought another version, utilizing the astonishing special effects improvements would be perfect timing in 2005. This is a woven necklace with faux ivory design used in the "Island" sequences from the production.
