Overall Condition: Good. All labels are in generally good condition, with no dents, breaks or repairs noted. Two labels ("Gin" & "Cayenne") are lacking their chains; the "Cayenne" label also shows traces of gilding, now almost completely worn away. Six labels form three pairs: "Claret/Claret" (London, 1811-1812, William Barrott); "Sherry/Rum" (London, 1793-1794, Robert Barker) and "Brandy/"Whiskey" (unmarked). The rest are singletons. Seven labels with pierced legend. Unmarked pieces are not tested for content and, while they do not appear to be silver-plated, their fineness cannot be guaranteed.
