ROLEX - a gentleman's Oyster Perpetual Date Submariner bracelet watch. Circa 1997. Reference 16610, serial U189338. Signed automatic calibre 3135. Black dial with luminous hour markers, date aperture to three. Calibrated bezel, stainless steel case fitted to a stainless steel Oyster bracelet with Fliplock clasp. 41mm.

The automatic movement is currently functioning. Movement appears to show light tarnishing, commensurate with general wear. Dial appears to be in good condition. Hands seem to be in good condition. Glass appears to have be in good condition. Bezel currently seems to have several small chips and scratches to both the enamel and stainless steel edge medium scuffs and scratches with heavy pitting on several areas. Bezel is stiff. Case appears to have medium scratches with a number of small chinks across the majority of the surface. Crown currently shows light tarnishing and scratches. Case back seems to display multiple medium scratches, the majority of which should polish out, with areas of light pitting. Bracelet appears to have several light scratches with a small amount of tarnishing between several of the links. Bracelet is slightly stretched. Clasp currently displays medium scuffs and scratches, with areas of tarnishing consistent with the clasp being regularly closed. Bracelet measures approximately 18cm including the case.
