Native American, Paleo, ca. 9000-8000 BCE. Impressive golden brown chert from the Dr. Allen Heflin collection. Comes in 3-1/4" x 4-1/4" frame. Dr. Heflin found point on June 7, 1943 along Dudgemona Creek in Jackson County, Louisiana. 1 5/8" long.
