CONTINENTAL SILVER - (2) Pieces of 19th c. Continental Silver, including Danish covered vessel hallmarked for Copenhagen 1831 and a 19th c. French 800-silver hinged snuff box. Oval shaped footed Danish piece has elaborate chased and repousse shell motif decoration, and has an attached lion finial on the lid, includes hallmarked on lid and base, plus PF maker's mark, 5 1/2" high, 3 3/4" wide. French box has engine turned decoration, an unmonogrammed lid cartouche; no maker's mark, 2 3/4" x 1 1/2" x 3/4" high. 6.99 ozt tw. Small dent to base of snuff box.
