There are five minor areas of paint loss where the weave of the canvas shows through. One such area of paint loss is visible in the lower left corner, two areas are visible in the lower right corner, and two areas are visible in the upper right corner. There is a minor indentation to the canvas in the upper right corner, within which are two "L"-shaped nicks. There is an area 3/8" in length in the lower right corner where a fragment of paper is stuck to the canvas. There are two 8" and 8 1/2" scuffs to the paint in the lower left corner.
