Arnasungaaq has carved many a musk-ox, large and small, in his long career. The “Barnabus Musk-ox” is perhaps the closest rival to the “Pauta Bear” as a “must have” emblematic piece of Inuit sculpture for many collectors. This work is an especially large and imposing version of the type.
