  • ADDITIONAL COMMENTS -
    This piece comes in an embossed portfolio, and is accompanied with a leather bound 215 page book, entitled "Those Words that Bind: A Celebration of 2 Centuries of American Constitutional History", by Gilbert Layfette.

    The book is signed by the author, and is a limited edition.The number on the book corresponds to the number of the serigraph.

    When this piece was made the first piece #1 was presented to President Ronald Reagan at the White House, and the second piece #2 was given to French President François Mitterand.

    200 copies were also presented to 200 US Embassies in the world.

    This piece can be seen on line for $3500.00.
