Rare "Polygraphon" Combined 15 ¾-Inch Disc Musical Box and Gramophone, c. 1905
No. 12, by Polyphon Musikwerke, Leipzig, with top-wind motor for musical box and gramophone, 76 teeth in single comb (complete), 10-inch (25,5 cm) turntable, mica "Expression Polyphon" soundbox on tapering arm (collar split), horn with flared brass lip and walnut-veneered case with inlaid lid and interior picture, width 21 in. (53 cm), horn 21 in. (53 cm), 13 in. (33 cm) diameter, some gramophone parts replaced, with six discs and two Polyphon records. – Literature: Bowers, "Encyclopedia of Automatic Musical Instruments", p. 148.

Nr. 12, Hersteller: Polyphon Musikwerke, Leipzig; für 39,8cm-Blechplatten und 78-U/min-Schellackplatten, Federwerkmotor mit Kurbelaufzug von oben für beide Funktionen, 76 Töne im Stahlkamm (komplett), Plattenteller 25,5 cm Ø, "Polyphon Expression"-Glimmer-Schalldose, auf konischem Arm, Messingtrichter, Gehäuse mit Nußbaumfurnier, Deckelintarsien und Innenbild, Breite 53 cm, Länge des Trichters 53 cm, Ø 33 cm, einige Grammophonteile ergänzt, mit 6 Stahlplatten und 2 Polyphon-Schellackplatten. – Literatur: Bowers, "Encyclopedia of Automatic Musical Instruments", S. 148.
