A Jade Archaistic Tripod Vessel Modeled in the form of an archaic bronze 'jue' with a deeply hollowed body, the exterior with a chilong and two bats, a loop handle below the curving spout, all standing on three spreading legs, the stone of a pale celadon tone with russet inclusions. 17th/18th Century Height: 5 5/8 inches (14.3 cm) Provenance: Mr. Vito Giallo Collection, primarily acquired from Sotheby's New York during the 1960s-1980s. [Chips, one small added carved piece to the exterior with visible glue residue]
