La Boite en Bois (The Wooden Box), 2004, 2004

Two original unique negatives by the artist paired with black and white contact prints on fiber paper, placed between glass in Japanese wooden box.
Glass: 16 ½ x 10 x 1 ⅜ in. (41.9 x 25.4 x 3.5 cm). Box: 18 x 12 x 3 ¾ in. (45.7 x 30.5 x 9.5 cm).

Signed and numbered of 35 "Sugimoto" on the colophon page included in wooden box. This work is from an edition of 35 plus ten artist's proofs and is accompanied with installation instructions provided by the publisher.
