OCLC locates only one copy (Indiana University) of this second edition, that copy with 6 plates, identical to the first edition of the same year. The present copy has only 5 plates, with no indication of a sixth plate having ever been present.

Light wear, a few small chips to wrappers; perhaps lacking one plate; light foxing; very good.
