GERMAN METTLACH STEIN EMBOSSED NUMBERED 1479
Measures 7 3/4" high x 6" wide. No chips, cracks or crazing. Stamped and numbered on bottom..(Updated 4/23/04 11:15 AM EST with the following information- We have had a number of requests for more details on the condition of the Mettlach steins. Each stein is in good condition. There are no post-manufacturing chips, cracks, crazing or repairs with the exception on Lots 900 and 903 of some discoloration to the porcelain under the lids. As with most steins of this type, there are some small irregularities under glaze or partially under glaze on each stein that occurred during the manufacturing process. We apologize, but can not name every imperfection. The Steins are collection worthy.)
