Accompanied by the description page from the book explaining the significance of the monument's design and location, the ceremony, and identification of notable figures in attendance (and visible in the photograph) including Generals Wilcox, Heintzelman, Farnsworth, and Meigs, Colonel Gallup, and Captain Scott.
