Consists of 104 spinel beads divided by three jadeite beads and a carved jadeite double gourd pendant, extended with a blue ribbon joining two blue tourmaline pendants. Three secondary chains of ten beads hang on the side comprised of five bads of spinel, blue and pink tourmaline, coral, sapphire and malachite. From the Irving Langleb collection, a prominent Jewish gentleman who resided in Japan post-WWII and was a close friend to Prince Mikasa. Pieces offered in this sale were collected in Japan in the 1950's and bear a consistent collection label.
