A pair of Meissen candlesticks emblematic of the seasons, mid 19th century, after a model by Leuteritz, each in the rococo style with foliate nozzle on scroll moulded and florally encrusted stem, applied with paired putti of Spring and Summer to one, Autumn and Winter applied to the other, each holding their seasonal attribute, the rocaille moulded base painted with scattered flowers, blue crossed swords, impressed "E129 51" red painted "2" and "E128" red painted "25", 34cm high (a/f) (2)
