Hand drawn 26x20 in. stone lithograph on Arches paper from the "Fun City" portfolio, 1970. Signed in pencil by the artist and numbered HC aside from the edition of 175. Allen Ginsburg, the visionary poet and founding father of the Beat generation inspired the American counterculture of the second half of the 20th century with groundbreaking poems such as "Howl" and "Kaddish." Among the avant-garde he was considered a spiritual and sexually liberated ambassador for tolerance and enlightenment.
