Description
L 8.75 in., D 3.75 in., H 11.25 in. This was a very rare Robin's-egg glaze moonflask of the Qianlong Period (1736-1795). Robin's-egg glaze was invented in the Yongzheng Period and this technique was lost after the Qianlong Period. Therefore, this moonflask was very rare and important piece of artifact. The base was incised with six character marks meaning ' Made in the Qianlong Period'.
