The tooled and repousse silver cover engraved with robe and a raised disk form halo, in hollow the bearded Saint's painterly face, his painted right hand raised in benediction, holding a bible in his left hand, the figure of Jesus in the clouds on his left, behind the halo, on his right, the figure of Mary, a tooled outer border with a repeating leaf design, stamped on the cover M.H. maker's mark and standard mark, Circa 1900. Dimensions 11 1/2 x 9 1/2 x 2 3/4 inches (29.2 x 24.1 x 6.9 cm).
