Up for sale we have an original 1890'S Lithograph poster produced for roadshows of  the famous Harriet Beecher Stowe's "Uncle Tom's Cabin" play.  These lithographed posters are quite beautiful and very rare. This example was printed by the "Ackermann-Quigley Litho Co, Kansas City." in the mid 1890's and is signed by the lithographer. The poster also has the "No. 2223" in the lower right corner.  Pictures of Abe Lincoln and H. B. Stowe are in the top corners of the poster.  Size is about 20 inches wide and 28 inches tall.  This very large poster featuring the character "Marks" is exceptionally clean and in excellent condition.  Colors are very bright with no fading and there are no tears, pinholes or chips. The poster measures approximately 20" x 27" and the frame size is 22" x 29". Very rare addition to any Harriet Beecher Stowe or early litho collection!
