Description
Europe, France, WWI (1914-1918). Brass artillery shell transformed into a vase decorated with a double eagle donning the British crown with a British flag at each side. All is surrounded by a textured background. Impressed on the bottom of both is "75 DEC" - the 75 refers to the size of the artillery shell (75 mm) and the DEC refers to De Campagne (French for field gun). A wondrous piece of military art! 13.50"H (34.29 H cm)
