Particularly notable for the large engraved illustration of the Sherman &; Hyde building at the corner of Kearny &; Sutter Streets, just down the block from the present headquarters of PBA Galleries, now a Chipotle restaurant serving Mexican food. OCLC/WorldCat lists only five examples in institutional libraries.

Very slight darkening to paper; near fine.
