"Yacht" Bronze Sculpture
Handmade "Yacht", bronze and aluminum sculpture. The following is taken directly from the Artist: Imagine you and Queen Victoria reviewing the Grand Fleet while cruising aboard your deep water steamer. Perhaps I'm the only "big" boy who still imagines such things, but I'd like to think there are other dreamers, too.
The "Yacht" has been a challenge to make, but a very good education all the same. I have been having a blast! It fits the steampunk style, many people have told me, and I can see that it does. It is reminiscent of a Victorian style, yet has a sci-fi, whimsical feel to it, as well. This pull toy for grown-ups is 21 inches long, 17.25 inches high, and weighs approximately 10 lbs.
