Magna Graecia, Apulia, ca. 5th - 4th century BCE. Terracotta lidded cosmetic vessel painted in red-figure technique, featuring two women (ladies of fashion), each wearing ornate headware. Palmettes separate the two women, creating four quadrants on the top. 3-5/8"H x 4-1/8"D.
