Gorgeous and extremely rare edition of Odofredus’ commentary to the Digestum Vetus.

Odofredus de Denariis, renowned law professor at Bologna University, was a seminal figure in the time of Ius Commune. His works traced the border between the Glossators and the “new season” of the Commentaries. All his legal treatises about Justinian “Digest” are of outmost rarity and almost unknown to the antiquarian market.
