Intended primarily for practical use, the volume is, in this beautiful 16th century handy French edition, enriched by numerous notabilia of renowned lawyers as Mattheus Mattesilani and Henricus Ferrandat, editors of this edition. and other doctores moderni. Despite its large circulation in earlier times, however, the treaty is now, for some time, on the antiquarian market, remarkably rare.
