A set of English buff-coloured stoneware figures emblematic of The Four Seasons , circa 1815, perhaps Herculaneum, 25cm high and smaller, one with pen inscription 832 HSM Goadby Hall. Provenance: Goadby Hall is a 17th century manner house largely re-modelled in the mid 18th century and was once part of the estate of the Dukes of Rutland and occupied by junior members of the Manners family.
