MEM An original 95.7 x 58.4cm polychrome poster by Milton Glaser, depicting a naked woman carrying a flower and with flowers for hair, illustration in brown blue, white, orange and yellow, title in silver reading "Take a Trip to Lotus Land". Colour offset lithograph on white paper stock. N.p. [Push Pin Studios], New York, c. 1967. In fine condition. Milton Glaser is one of the most celebrated post-war graphic designers and was one of the founding members of the Push Pin Studios in New York in 1954. The lot shows Glaser's wry coment on the 'utopiate' counterculture of the `s. The poster was issued as the smallest one of a set of three Push Pin Studios posters in Push Pin Graphic No. 52, which was themed around hippy travel.
