Graphic illustration depicts a mass of riot helmets with BIA, INS, Police and FBI embalzoned on them and a pair of hands breaking the chain attaching two shackles. Pin hole to each corners, light creasing, small tears to upper and right margins. The poster advertises a march and a demonstration at the United Nations in New York organized by the "National Peoples Tribunal".
