F-053 U.S. WWI AERO grouping of Cpl. Paul B. Parce: (1) Tunic with Staff Sgt. Stripes and gold embroidered winged propeller. Collar discs - "U.S." and winged propeller. Lower right sleeve with two silver stripes with a gold star (one of the first to enlist in WWI). (2) Matching breeches. (3) O'seas cap - few "nips". (4) Army "jerkin" leather lined trench jacket. (5) Pair canvas leggings. 6) Two breeches belts. (7) Two pairs of ":wrap-arounds". (8) Yard long photo of "CAMP DODGE". (9) Tunic with a "U.S." collar disc and a gilt metal collar insignia lyre and "U.S.". Sergeant chevron with a gold embroidered lyre. Left sleeve with red stripe and on lower sleeve a blue stripe with metal silver star. (10) Matching breeches with a few moth bites. (11) Desk ornament made from an aerial bomb. 6 1/2" x 3 1/4" base/top fuse, etc. (12) Pair of "dog tags" on a neck cord - named to "PAUL B. PARCE U.S.A.". reverse "3.640.22". (13) WWI Victory Medal with a "FRANCE" bar, two winged propeller "patches", a bugle patch and two tunic buttons. (14) Helmet with original sand finish, liner and chinstrap (inside needs some cleaning). About II
