Description
A large Albertosaurus therapod dinosaur tooth, Late Cretaceous, c. 70 Million years old, with well-preserved enamel and serrations running down each side. The tip is slightly worn from use during the life of the animal. The Albertosaurus is a genus of tyrannosaurid therapod dinosaurs and though it resembled the famous Tyrannosaurus Rex it was much lighter and faster. L: 1 ¾ in (4.4 cm). Nice brown enamel and a great example!
