This is the capital sword of a saw ray with 27 paired teeth. Sawfish are shark-similar rays that use their long saws to infringe schooling fish and eat subsequently, but also to search in the seabed for mollusk and crustacean.
The sawfish sword is mounted on a wooden plinth. The sword is in good condition, some of the teeth are bumped. The sword is 70.5 cm long and the total height including the mount is 88 cm. (tm)
