Late 19th century carved walnut regulator clock, the arched pediment with two fully formed finials, surmounting a glass panel door flanked by turned columns with carved details, The serial number 630958 indicates that it was made circa 1880

The clock weighs 17 1/2 pounds. it is 39" tall and 17" at it's widest point.The striking elements are steel wire rods. On the back it is stamped Gustav Becker Frieberg. a second stamp says Medaille D or i t also has P42 and 630958. This clock came from the estate of a master clock repairman that had a very successful antique clock repair business for around 40 years the clocks in his home are the very best of his collection.
