A gilt and beige bordered porcelain dinner service for twelve including dinner plates 10"Dia., salad plates 7.75", bread plates 6", soup bowls 7.5", berry bowls 5.25" and saucers, along with eighteen coffee cups 3"H, three platters, two open vegetable bowls, one covered casserole, one condiment bowl with attached under plate, a creamer and sugar and two shakers, with mark for Scherzer Bavaria, Germany, circa mid-late 20th century. Condition: with minor surface wear including some discoloration and light wear to gilt and beige decoration, no apparent chips, cracks or repairs.
