Description
A group of two books comprising of "The Bells" by Edgar Allan Poe, published in Philadelphia by Porter & Coates in 1881, with illustrations by Darley, McCutcheon, Fredericks, Perkins, King, Riordan, and Northam. Book is bound in white cloth with gilt edged boards, and exhibits black and gilt writing and decoration. Approximately 7.75" x 6.5"; and "The Compleat Angler: Or, The Contemplative Man's Recreation: Being a Discourse of Rivers, Fishponds, Fish and Fishing Not Unworthy the Perusal of Most Anglers" by Izaak Walton, with illustrations by Arthur Rackham, published in Philadelphia by David McKay Co. Book is bound in green cloth with gilt lettering and decoration, approximately 9.75" x 7.5".
