This is a Vintage WWII Circle Aiming Co M1 Transit Scope with Tripod and Original Case. This scope is in good condition for its age. In addition to needing a good cleaning, there is a little webbing starting to form on the lens. This M1 and tripod appear to be all brass. The case is in fair condition and appears to be aluminum.
