A fine Dutch-language edition of Zeiler & Merian's Topographia Galliae originally published in Frankfurt between 1655 and 1661. One of the most comprehensive illustrated guides to 17th century France , t he work, containing over 300 finely engraved plates, illustrating and preserving many details of buildings, roadways, and cities that no longer exist or have been significantly altered.
