Signed bank check from the formative days of her storied career, 6" x 2.75", drawn on Anna's personal account (known then as "Vickie Lynn Smith"), dated June 19, 1993, made payable to Walgreens Pharmacy for $302.18. A brief note on the memo line indicates that the check was for prescriptions. Filled out entirely in the starlet's hand and uniquely signed, "Vickie Smith," in black ballpoint pen.
