Olive green color sprayed on a yellow ground let appear an abstract form in this serigraph. It is caused by a covering of the ground in different degrees, shifted during the injection. It gives an effect that reminds of movement dissection typical for futuristic artists. Adzak Roy (1927-1987) was born in Reading in the UK and studied after having graduated in civil engineering, sculpture and photography in Sydney. His work has been shown in many exhibitions including London, Washington and Paris. His studio in Paris today is a museum of his work.

The serigraph in colors is signed and dated lower right with black felt pen ‘adzak 64’. There is a small nick and a tiny tear (0.5 cm) in the lower sheet edge, the upper left corner bears three small surface defects, the corners are minor bumped. The sheet measures 65.2 x 50 cm. (fea)
