Molded Fiberglass and Aluminum Ball Chair, designed in 1963 by Eero Aarnio, of spherical form with an interior lined with cushioned black upholstery, h. 46", w. 40", d. 37".

In overall good condition, exhibiting normal minor indications of age and use including several scrapes/losses to the finish on the shell, most about 2-3 mm in diameter, with one larger finish loss of about 1/4" wide and 1-3/4" long. There is one ding in the rim/opening, about 3/8" in diameter and 1/8" deep. The upholstery is in overall good condition. It does exhibit several loose/frayed ends, most generally around the perimeter of the opening.
