An American Coin Silver Coffee and Tea Service, Conrad Bard and Son, Philadelphia, wc. 1850-1859, marked "C.BARD & SON" incuse, comprising a coffee pot, teapot, kettle-on-stand, creamer, covered sugar and waste bowl, footed vase forms with chased and repousse floral garlands, Greek key and beaded border, kettle-on-stand height 17 in., combined weight 232.30 troy ozs., (6 pcs.) Provenance: With General George Gordon Meade (1815-1872); thence to his youngest son; thence to his daughter Florence Meade Kay; thence to her son, James M.
