Freddie Mercury, Queen Productions, hand delivered acetates including Friends Will Be Friends, Gimme The Prize, Seven Seas of Rye, & two unmarked but dated 28 Mar 1989, along with a compliments slip with inscription, 'Freddie, Enclosed acetates of new single (with both B Sides) 7" & 12". I need approval of these by the morning please, if Joe or Feebie could call me. Thanks a lot.' All in envelope with Freddie's Garden Lodge address on front. Provenance: Consigned by Shaun Matthew who was the house sitter at Garden Lodge, Kensington after the death of Freddie. Shaun Matthews worked for Jim Hutton and was given these items by Jim Hutton when Mary Austin took over the estate. Shaun Matthews was mentioned in Jim Huttons' book & was pictured in the press helping to clear Garden Lodge.
