A Christian bronze double-spouted lamp and ceramic bull whistle. The lamp is quite attractive and in Late Roman / Byzantine style, with pedestal foot and handle in the form of a large Chi-Rho sign, a chain attaches from the handle to a loop between the spouts for suspension. H: 3 ¾ in, (9.5 cm); L: 3 ¼ in, (8.3 cm). The bull is in Greek style with burnished black surfaces and a nice, mellow tone, 5 in x 3 ¾ in (12.8 x 9.5 cm). Both are intact and attractive!
