[n.p.] Mar. 26 [n.y.] to Gustavus V. Fox Asst. Secretary of the Navy. In part: ""...I send up two deserters from Frederic[sburg?]. One of them (Johnson) says there are 20 000 men there that they make no preparation for a stand but will fall back..."". Very good.
