Description
WILHELM FRICK (1877 - 1946) Nazi Minister of the Interior author of the Nuremberg Laws. Hanged at Nuremberg for his crimes. Partly-printed D.S. 4pp. 4to. Berlin Apr. 16 1940 a recommendation for a title to be awarded to Gerhard Winkler: ""Generalmajor der Ordnungspolizei"". The police official's record is spelled out within the document and Frick signs at bottom. At bottom is a typed notice that Hitler has approved the recommendation and that his facsimile signature is to be placed on the award document. Very good to fine.
