HITLER YOUTH GROUPING ON OUSTING OF A HITLER YOUTH LEADER Fine group of documents concerning the case of Hitler Youth leader Willy Botho Bicker accused of having worn an Iron Cross he did not earn and embezzlement tried for ejection from the NSDAP and ""retired"" from the SS. Included is BALDUR VON SCHIRACH T.L.S. on official letterhead 2pp. 4to. Berlin July 19 1934 advising Bicker that he must take a leave of absence for about 75 days and that he is not permitted to participate in Hitler Youth events; KURT GRUBER (1904-1943) First Chairman of the Hitler Youth D.S. 1p. 4to. July 20 1935 attestation that Bicker was a member of the Hitler Youth in Cologne since 1929; a T.L.S. signed on behalf of Schirach 1p. 4to. Berlin June 25 1937 to Bicker advising the reader that Bicker had been dismissed from the SS for health reasons and could not be reaccepted by the SS; a T.L.S. from a Hitler Youth staff officer to Bicker 1p. 4to. Berlin Oct. 6 1939 to Bicker stating that he had reported his discussion to von Schirach who would in turn report to Heinrich Himmler and unrelated letter from HENRIETTA VON SCHIRACH wife of Baldur von Schirach to Bicker 1p. 4to. Berlin Mar. 4 1934 regarding family photographs. File holes in left margins else very good.
