M40 MEDITERRANEAN TROPICAL CAMOUFLAGE HELMET WITH GOGGLES Rare M40 Mediterranean tropical camouflage helmet with goggles the helmet having been overpainted with a coat of a sand/very light brown and thinned light green paint leaving the green paint on the highest points the brown as a base background. A partial Heer insignia is affixed at left the national insignia is not visible. Within the eight-finger leather liner is intact along with the original drawstring and leather chinstrap which all show honest genuine age and wear from use. The helmet is stamped within: ""11469"" and ""EF64"". A pair of motorcyclist's goggles accompanied the helmet and are included. Overall very good.
