Description
An extensive collection of 1940's Medical history photographs and negatives. To include two film storage albums of negatives and six albums of photographs. Taken by Andrew Quillum whilst a medical student during World War 2 with a Zeiss Ikon Camera. Hospitals include Leavesden Hospital, UCH Obstetric Hospital, Llandough Hospital, Hackney Hospital etc. Images include many post mortem procedures and studies, Gynaecological procedures, Anti-natal procedures, general medicine and other surgeries. Negatives 9'' x 2 1/2'' approximately. Photographs smallest 3 1/4'' x 2 1/2'' , largest 5'' x 4'' approximately.
