Description
2100 grams total weight. Consists of three pieces: Teapot, Sugar bowl and Cream pitcher, all lidded. Thick and solid Sterling Silver (925/1000). Done in the Federal Style, becoming once again fashionable during the early 1900's. Tea pot handle and lid handles made of carved quality wood. All are marked as pictured - STERLING, HECHO EN MEXICO. Fine Mexican Sterling Silver. Possibly Taxco or Maciel. Circa 1920-30's. Measurements: Approx. 2100 grams or 4 pounds 10 oz. altogether; Teapot: 1252 gr. or 2 lbs. 12 1/8 oz.; 9.5" tall w. lid; 12" handle to spout;; Sugar bowl: 444 gr. or 15 5/8 oz.; 4.5" tall w. lid, 7" handle to handle;; Creamer pitcher: 404 gr. or 14 1/4 oz.; 4.5" tall w. lid; 6.5" handle to spout
